GENERAL INFORMATION

• Webspace provided at Forward Host is to be used for a website with content that is intended to be viewed by other people. File & image storage, rapidleech, proxies, adult content, illegal content are strictly prohibited.
• To prevent abuse we initially impose a transfer limit of 2500MB. Once you have used at least 1000MB, we will upgrade your plan to the full (100GB) transfer limit.
• CGI access is by default disabled on free accounts. If you require CGI access, please submit a support ticket with valid justification to enable CGI on your hosting account.

WEBSITE CONTENT

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal and pirated content (or links to such)
• Any adult content (or links to such)
• File or image distribution/storage
• Any other script or content for personal usage only (ie. not intended for others to use, including Rapidleech, proxy, torrent downloading scripts).
• Files over 1MB (1 megabyte). We reserve the right to delete any account without notice with files over 1MB.
• We will check all files uploaded to verify that they do not violate our Terms of Service.

WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENTS

• To continually provide free webhosting, we place advertisements on your webpage. You may not remove, resize so as to render invisible or unreadable, or otherwise block any of the advertisements that we place on your webpages.
• You may place your own advertisements - however, your ads may not conflict with our advertisements (eg. Ads similar to Google Adsense, bidvertiser etc.).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• You must provide completely correct personal information.
• You must agree with our Terms of Service before applying for a webhosting account.
• Enter the word fragile into the Company field when you signup. Do not enter anything else (even if you have an actual company). Also, remember to provide completely correct personal information.
• Any support provided for free users is given on a discretionary basis.
  
• Forward Host takes an absolute zero tolerance policy on rule breakers. We will delete accounts without warning if you are breaking any of our rules.
